Cheaters' Club

1) It wasn't super spooky lol. The plot line is that there is some therapist who is telling all of her clients to engage in extramarital affairs to save their marriages. But then all of them start getting lopped off. Not the best, but I do have a thing for lifetime movies.

2) I didn't think it was rocket science that one of the girls in the group had been in on it. Maybe it's just because these Lifetime movies are generally pretty predictable lol.

3) And really why were they so resistant to the detectives? I mean, I get that you'd have to tell them you're cheating, but it's not like they are gonna make a poster to show your neighbors. SMH at obstructing justice lol.

4) That second girl that got TKO'd was off of House at the End of the Street.

It was pretty boring lol,

No One Would Tell

1) Dj tanner from full house and fred savage – how could this movie get any better? Although I dunno why he’s always playing creepy roles now. He played this serial rapist in L & O SVU a few years back and now this.

2) I do have a thing for some lifetime movies- this fit the bill pretty good, but I kind of wish some of them were more uplifting. Reminded me of a less tight version of Fear but without the vigilante justice at the end. Lifetime movies are always pretty good about the life lessons.

3) I was also a fan of all the wrestling scenes at the beginning, but whoever the wrestling trainer for the actors in the movie was pretty bad, it was just the same 2 moves over and over again lol.

4) LOL @ Sally Jesse Raphael being the judge. However, it was very lifetimesque of her to give that speech at the end preaching against domestic violence. Clutch public service announcement.

Still not a fan of all the DV scenes,

Cyberbully

What's good blog world. Before we get to the review I had just a few random thoughts. 2011 was obvi better than 2010 which was better than 2009. It was no 2007 but you already knew. I'm sure 2012 will be bigger than ever. December 2011 was the best month of the blog to date so we'll try to keep it going strong in the new year. Without further ado,

1) Me and Scottles went back to the lifetimesque movies for this gem. The story is pretty much this girl that gets on a facebook look alike and then gets it hacked by her brother and best friend. Then all these comments cause her to try and TKO herself.

2) Maybe this is more dramatic for a teenager, but I can't imagine myself getting too riled up about what happens on twitter/facebook. Maybe 15 year old AJ wouldve but I can't see it here.

3) The end of the movie got kind of long. I get they need to resolve her sadness but they could've sped it up a bit.

4) The broader question this movie should have asked was this: why didn't she just delete facebook and get on twitter. Twitter > facebook.

It was no The Boy She Met Online,

The Boy She Met Online

1) Usually not wild about the dramas but this popped up on tv and I do have a thing for lifetime movies. Me and @doggles watched it and its pretty legit.

2) It was kind of stupid how they played the suspenseful music the whole time. Kinda ruined the few moments in the movie where something crazy actually went down.

3) And I've never been to prison but how did the dude get onto an internet chatroom to meet some chick? Seems like the prison would generally frown on that. Who knows though - they are letting MMA fighter 'War Machine' blog from jail.

4) Good stuff for the most part. The storylines/drama in Lifetime movies always appeals to me but some jitsu stuff always happens at the end. What was up with the chick going up to the cabin? Who knows.
